- Go guising! – Take the kids or grandkids around the neighbours and burn some calories to make up for indulging in some spooky sweets.

- Cook your pumpkins – after scooping out the centre to make lanterns use the delicious and healthy pumpkin flesh to make soup, add to casseroles or roast as a tasty alternative to chips.
